My penis is a dark blue color and has an odd smell what should I do?

I am a 22 year old white male and last week my penis started to turn a light purple. At first I thought it was bruised from masterbation. The color has gotten darker and darker. Now it is a dark blue color and it smells like bad BO. When I urinate a yellow/orange mucus is left over.
