Will the Motorola W370 work with a regular usb mini chord?

I was just wondering, does the moto w370 work with any mini usb chord? I've tried to connect my phone to my pc, but I can't find any drivers. Do you have to buy the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to transfer files?
