Replacing top speaker on motorola razr v3?

I have a Motorola razr v3 and just after the warranty expired the top speaker went out. I can hear calls if it is on speakerphone, but no sound comes otu of the top speaker. I have all the tools to take it apart from when I changed the housing on it. So, if anyone knows an easy way to replace the speaker please tell me, i could probably get one off ebay.
