does any body know how to turn off the handsfree on a verizon wireless phone?
I can't hear when people are calling me and I can't make any calls because there is no sound and it keeps saying handsfree mode is on and then it says external audio on and I have no clue how to turn it off. Please help
I tried looking through my Verizon phone and couldn't find an option. You might want to call customer care & ask to have the steps to turning it off.
